Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using BESTFRAME ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What the app does

The app suggests compositions for photos already on your device and lets you save photos recropped in the composition you choose.

2. Nature of the suggestions

Composition options and horizon corrections are produced automatically. Their quality and their fitness for your purpose are not guaranteed.

3. Saving photos

If you choose "Save as an edit to the original photo", you can restore the original with Revert in the Photos app. Any edits you made earlier in the Photos app will be replaced.

If you choose "Save as a new photo", the original photo is not changed.

4. BESTFRAME Pro

BESTFRAME Pro is a one-time purchase. Purchases are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

Payments are non-refundable except as provided by Apple. You can restore your purchase with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using the app, you must not:

• break the law or act against public order and morals
• decompile or modify the app
• handle photos in a way that infringes the rights of others

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for loss or corruption of data or any other damage arising from use of the app.

The app may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
